I work as both buyers agent and listing agent for residential and commercial property throughout Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. Since 2004, I have represented buyers and sellers in over 30 million dollar's worth of real estate transactions.

I graduated in 1980 from the University of Connecticut with a degree in urban economics and a minor in business. During most of the 80's I worked in the real estate business in and around Hartford, Connecticut. I first worked as an agent selling both commercial and residential properties. I then worked for 5 years in a small investment and development company. As Director of Acquisitions, I was responsible for the purchase and sale of over 30 million dollars worth of investment property. By the end of 1989 the portfolio contained over 500,000 square feet of office/retail space as well as over 1,000 apartments.
