Phase I is designed to be devoted to Multi-Family and single family rental which has already been contracted to start development at the rear of the site. Phase II will be devoted to the development of the out parcels located along NC 210 HWY. Phase III will be compromised of office type developments. The final phase will be Retail establishments in a Town Center configuration and feel.
The retail out parcels are scheduled to be ready for development by the second quarter of 2023 and will include available area utilities to their parcel boundaries, storm water mitigation and access to the signalized intersection of NC 210 HWY & Ridgefield Ave.
