The Brunswick Industrial Warehouse was originally developed in 1970 on a rail spur in the Leland area of Brunswick County to serve as a rail-based warehouse facility for the nearby DuPont manufacturing plant. DuPont has since closed its plant and this multi-building, multi-tenanted facility has been the base of operations for several warehousing and assembly companies in the ensuing years.

This 317,000 SF, 54-acre facility is being offered for sale for the first time in fifteen years. Most of the space is currently occupied by long term tenants. The main tilt-up concrete warehouse has three large bays with 30' ceiling height and one large tenant. The second metal building across the parking lot has three large bays totaling 105,000 SF with ceilings of varying heights. The third building is a 9,000 SF structure.

The buildings' sprinkler system and fire alarm system have been either replaced or upgraded to meet the 2018 building codes. Over one half of the roof has been replaced since 2011, with most of the replacement occurring within the past five years.
