The Brunswick Industrial Warehouse was originally developed in 1970 on a rail spur in the Leland area of Brunswick County to serve as a rail-based warehouse facility for the nearby DuPont manufacturing plant. DuPont has since closed its plant and this multi-building, multi-tenanted facility has been the base of operations for several warehousing and assembly companies in the ensuing years.
