Overview / Comments

Historic Von Glahn House built in 1859 has been a well established center of business for years. Years back was once used as a Wilmington's City office. This property has been the home of a law office that is located in the Historic District within walking distance of the courthouse, city hall, downtown businesses and local neighborhoods. The three story structure currently contains 9 large offices, large meeting room, reception area and file areas. The historic charm of this structure can be found throughout the property. In addition to its convenient location, it has off-street parking and some covered parking spaces. A rare find and one with many opportunities.
